Lagree Fitness is a high intensity, low impact workout done on the Megaformer that uses varying degrees of tension to strengthen, tighten and tone the entire body. Lagree Fitness is for all ages, body types and fitness levels.



Our signature Lagree Pilates Sculpt class delivers a high intensity, low impact total body sculpting experience that will leave you feeling results in just one 45 min session , and seeing them after just 6. The celebrity obsessed Megaformer uses the Lagree Method to combine core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength, and flexibility training in every single move. While pushing your limits and burning 500-800 calories per session, this class was developed to lengthen, tighten, tone, and sculpt you into the best shape of your life in the shortest amount of time. No experience is needed as our smaller class sizes allow for our motivating and experienced insructors to give you a personalized experience with modifications to meet your needs and level of intensity.



This 45 min Lunge Free specialty class is designed to sculpt tone and tighten your core, obliques, chest, arms, and back all on the Megaformer. All Levels, previous Megaformer experience recommended but not required.



This 50 min specialty class will have you seeing the Megaformer in a different  light. by incorporating familiar yoga poses. Lagree STRETCH is designed specifically for injury prevention and to enhance recovery . This class slows the pace down with relaxing music, and dim lights that will leave your mind focused and  recharged while improving your posture, circulation, and flexibility. All levels welcome, no experience necessary . All stretch classes are taught by a Yoga Certified Teacher.
